The journey begins with a client consultation. Customers typically start by reaching out and sharing their objectives for the piece—desired size, quantity, usage context (e.g., a tradeshow booth, storefront window, or experiential activation), and target deadline.
We then request a physical sample of the product. This step is vital for accuracy, as digital calipers are used to measure every dimension meticulously, ensuring we create an exact 1-to-1 digital replica of the item’s exterior. Precision in this phase translates directly to realism and impact in the final display.
After measurement, our digital artists create a high-fidelity 3D model using software like SolidWorks or Rhino. Every detail—from product curves and edges to unique surface features—is accurately reproduced digitally. At this stage, the goal is to create a perfect digital representation of the physical product.
Once we have the geometry defined, we integrate branded elements.
